Seems good car!! But price band is crucial, only Mahindra TUV & Brezza can contain the wild thoughts of Toyota marketeers whereas EcoSport track must be giving them crazy ideas for pricing.
ReplyToo much delay can kill the idea, I don’t know why Auto manufacturer so strongly attached to the idea of introducing new vehicles around Diwali, whereas couple of months before Diwali is perfect timing. At this point of time, i.e., May17 there are no commitments from Toyota. I hope they dont mistime their laucnhes like GM India, who have such a vast product line, but when it comes to Well Timed launches and marketing they are worst in India, right from Subrau Forester(remember anyone ?? , it’s kind of a Duster vehicle way back in 2001-2.) right to Cruz. They are miserable marketeers and now there are talks of winding up shops in India> even stupider it sounds. Anyway, I was discussing Rise/Toyota, and hope they don’t get too greedy on margins, which can kill the good idea.
