Datsun Redi Go Facelift

Nissan plan to launch Datsun’s newer concept Redi GO in Indian market soon. It will be the third car from the brand after the Datsun GO and Go Plus that are on sale in India. It is expected that Redi Go concept has been launched as facelift of Go and Go Plus.

Datsun Redi GO Facelift

According to the company, the facelift will be designed in a way to fulfill customer expectations. This concept was first unveiled at Delhi motor show 2014 where it stole it stole all the attention of spectator and market analysts at the event.  The compact crossover will be based on the CMF-A (Common Modular Family) platform that Renault and Nissan will use for low cost cars.  The design of Redi Go concept looks fantastic and the production version is expected to carry the same styling elements changing the perception that entry-level cars need not look average or boring.

Changes to the hatchback will come in form of:

  • Bigger 15-inch dynamic alloy wheels
  • Closed glove box
  • New audio system
  • New and spacious dashboard design
  • New digital instrument cluster
  • Two Tone bumper – front and rear.
  • LED lights are used for headlamp and fog lamps.
  • Sleeker Swept Back headlights.
  • Flared wheel arches
  • Auto retracting rear seat belts

And much more changes have been performed in term of engine specification and launch this new model as Redi Go. The Redi Go will be produced at Renault and Nissan’s Indian manufacturing plant in Chennai. The hatchback will be mainly built for the Indian market.
