#1 Projector headlamps with DRL Led

Maruti introduces LED headlamps, are first in the segment. though you may get this in top end model. The headlamp also gets DRLs – Daytime Running Lamps led.

#2 Less Weight & More Style

There are cuts here and there. Maruti used Baleno platform shredded 150 KG from Diesel and 85KG from base petrol variant inc compare to the current model. There are no changes in engine specs so overall weight loss will help new dzire to give better performance and more mileage

#3 More Safety with Dual Air Bags

2017 Maruti  Dzire comes with Dual airbags, ABS, EBD, and ISOFIX (What is this, read below) child seats in all the variants as standard features. This gives more safety to driver and passenger. The above features are not there in old Dzire

The unofficial booking has started and Maruti will launch it on 16th May 2017. The New Dzire will not sell via nexa, but the regular outlets so you will able to book fast and may get fast delivery as well

The New Dzire is bigger in Size with different dimensions. You may get increased wheelbase by 20mm while no change in length. New dzire becomes shorter by 40MM in heights but wider by 40mm giving more should space to users

Maruti has dropped the Swift from the name. Its New Maruti Dzire Only now. it’s important to mention here that the Dzire is countries first sedan which is based on hatchback platform

Though this they may not like who drives high GC car, the Maruti has decreased the ground clearance by 7MM then old model. new dzire gets 163mm ground clearance in the current model.

with lower ground clearance and longer wheelbase, you need to be careful while passing through large speed breaker. hope Maruti has created suspension to mitigate this. Once launch we will test it practically when we drive it.
